Solution Architecture Consultant

"Functional
• Ability to lead technical and presentational tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Develop a working knowledge of the ACA program and legislation along with the IRS; identify new areas for improvement using the toolset(s) and frameworks
• Review and QC – Conduct reviews of artifacts and ensure that standards are followed, etc.
• Content and Artifact Creation – Help create content as needed (e.g., diagrams, whitepapers, decks, briefs, analyses)
• Strongly communicate in written and verbal contexts
Technical
• Demonstrated project experience with EA and SOA along with frameworks such as FEAF, TOGAF, and DODAF
• Produce artifacts and work products in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Advanced/Intermediate Level)
• Produce models and flows in MS Visio (Intermediate/Beginner Level)
• Familiarity with standards and notations such as BPMN, UML, ERD
• Optional but preferred: IBM System Architect or other modeling tools (Familiarity)
Other
• Ability to keep up in a rapid paced environment and manage ambiguity
• Ability to facilitate meetings with client stakeholders, mid-level managers or equivalent
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently
