NBA Trades And Waives 2019

Update 02/02/2019:

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Lakers have made their first offer to the Pelicans for Anthony Davis as they try to get a jump on the trade deadline next week.

The Lakers reportedly offered Michael Beasley, Rajon Rondo, Kyle Kuzma, Lonzo Ball, and a first-round pick for Davis. Reports noted that the Pelicans view that offer as a lowball. Sources that spoke to ESPN said the Pelicans have not responded to the trade proposal. Despite the lowball, the Lakers are still reportedly Davis’ preferred choice for now.

That's right Pelicans, make them pay big time to get him. lol

They are sticking it to the Lakers/LAbron/Klutch for tampering lol. Demanding 4 picks plus cap relief and players is basically them saying, "stop calling us". They will gut LA if they get the deal done. What might happen is they wait until the summer and LA becomes disinterested or gets out bid by Boston. Danny is going to fleece them lmao. Horford, Brown, Rozier, 2 firsts.

Nah. The Pelicans are gonn fugg it up. The Celtics will be stupid to make the trade for a 1 year rental on top of Kyrie leaving. AD will be in LA LA land in 2020.

If the Pelicans can get the young core of the Lakers and add to how well Okafor is playing, they could be set for the immediate future

Kyrie leaving is a rumor and danny would still make the AD trade...because he could trade him if he can't get a longterm commitment, which I think he can. I'd rather he go after KD.

I hope the Celtics trade for him. Magic is offering too much and the Pelicans want even more than that.

Lakers pull out of Anthony Davis trade talks amid 'outrageous' requests by Pelicans

The Lakers have pulled out of conversations aimed at trying to acquire New Orleans all-star Anthony Davis because of the Pelicans’ “outrageous” trade requests, according to a person with knowledge of the situation.

Magic Johnson, the Lakers’ president of basketball operations, told New Orleans general manager Dell Demps on Tuesday morning that the Lakers had made their best offer, were not willing to add anything else and would be moving on, said the person, who was not authorized to speak publicly on the matter.
