GOAT FARM!
Dale Jr. breaks 143-race drought.......Video report
BROOKLYN, Mich. -- After four years and 143 races -- the agonizing near-misses and all those questions about when he might finally win again -- Dale Earnhardt Jr. was alone in his car, comfortably ahead of the field and only a few minutes from victory.

"That was the worst feeling, riding around there with 15 laps to go, wondering what was going to happen -- how you were going to lose," Earnhardt said. "Those laps couldn't go by fast enough."

This is good for NASCAR and for Jr. Glad to see him win again. He is one of my 3 favorite drivers on the circuit. Tony Stewart and Jeff Gordon are the others.

He been finishing in the top 5 all year with a couple of #2 finishes. Look like he has finally regained his desire to race again.

That and he finally got with the right team to give him cars that can contend....

NASCAR needs him to contend... just like they needed Smoke to win last year...

i was getting a little concerned for Jr. it's good to hear that name in the same sentence with winner though. a long time coming. even though he's with a new team, i still remember him as with the Budweiser car. lol
