With all this dry weather, they've made quite a bit of progress. Ticket office said all the RV permits are sold-out (re-newed), including the new rv parking. I guess I'm stuck in the overflow lot again, 3yrs and still waiting for an opening.:bump:

August 09. Do you realize they started in April. They are actually ahead of schedule and according to a article, they might finish sometime in the spring.

that project is at about the equivalent to our wellness center that started about a month ago.... Louis Crews entire stadium was built in year... The newest mall in Huntsville was built in a year... just cant see how this project takes a year and a half.

Whoever set the contract probably made a miscalculation on the amount time needed to complete the project. In most cases, the contract time is set by the size and the nature of the project, which includes a detail schedule reflecting critical tasks. Contractors are not going to argue about having a lengthy period of contract time. By having a longer time period, contractors can work with smaller crews, which save them money. But if contractors do go over the contract time, they could easily be hit with liquidated damages. Therefore, it's not the contractor's fault, it the time set in the contract.

Mumford always had running water. The portapotties are only for overflow. There are some very nice restrooms on both sides of the stadium.

I think its a horrible idea. They never do anything for the faithful fans thats always SUpporting. I understand them trying to reach the younger grads or the community folks who can't afford the tickets but damn.
