Ali really disliked Don King.

The press made it look worst than it was between him and King. King was and still is a hated promoter because of the color of his skin. Yes, I know that he is no angel, but King has put more money in the pockets of black fighters/managers/cut men/referees than any white promoter has ever done in the history of the sport. Ali did love the fact that Don King always made surrounding black businesses a crap load of money during events.

One of my Muslim friends on Facebook was vocal about being against the public funeral held Friday instead of burying him yesterday according to Islam.

I can see both sides of the coin especially with Ali being such a public figure that the family chose to do it this way
