From what I've been reading Canelo is struggling to lose the weight so I think he will be drained come fight time. I also heard Mayweather got knocked down during his sparring session a few days ago (that has never happened to him). This fight will be similar to the Cotto one.
PR and fight hype for Vegas...............
Money gonna outbox and punish this dude like he has done all the others.
The Mexican and Mexican American boxing fans want Canelo to win this fight in the worse way. There was a press conference in Los Angeles a few weeks back, (you can find it on You Tube), one would have believe Canelo was the Rock Star in this fight. :emlaugh:
He has a pretty large following among them.
The judge that scored the fight a draw was paid off or is bat crap crazy. If it is the latter, he should be institutionalized for his own good and the safety of the public. :emlaugh:
That's the same batch that gave Bradley the win over Pacquiao. She always pulls this stuff.
Well she just set women judges back a quarter of a century. :emlaugh: Seriously, she should be blackballed.
Shat...........
That heffa set people with 20/20 vision back a qtr of a century. WTF was she watching. Mayweather racked up so many points on ole boy, no way she should have even seen it as close. That cat was lucky to land a blow on Money.

CJ Ross Reportedly Takes Self-Imposed Leave in Wake of Mayweather-Canelo Debacle
Most boxing fans got their wish on Tuesday, as maligned judge C.J. Ross decided to take a break from the sport.
Ross has received some major backlash in the last two days after scoring Saturday's fight between Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez—a battle that "Money" thoroughly dominated—as a draw, leaving Mayweather without the unanimous decision most pundits believed he deserved.
The other two judges scored the fight, 117-111, 116-112, in favor of Mayweather.
The decision served as a tipping point of sorts, as it was Ross' second controversial scorecard in just 15 months. Back in June 2012, she gave the win to Timothy Bradley over Manny Pacquiao, even though most believed Pacman had controlled the fight.
Ross seemingly didn't have much choice in this matter. She had established herself as public enemy No. 1 in the boxing world, and there is little chance of her ever gaining respect in the community again.

That is really not enough. That judge (and I use that word loosely) has put another bad stain on the credibility of boxing. This woman shouldn't be allowed anywhere close to a judge's table. She is a nut or a crook but either way it's not good for the great and legendary sports of boxing.
But about the fight...Floyd had Canelo confused all fight long. He is physically talented and pretty smart, but no where near the level of Floyd. The only two peopled who could have beaten Floyd was Cotto or Mosley, and they were past their prime when they fought. Hell the only reason Canelo was even on this stage or level was because of how he be Shane, and the only reason that happened was because Shane was over the hill, but you could tell in that fight that Shane was far more the superior technical boxer, but was not able to carry out what his mind was telling him to do due to age and miles on his body.
I guess the only interesting fight out there for me involving Floyd is one that will NEVER happen and that is Mayweather and Brohner. And I say that will never happen because Brohner is to busy following Floyd around like a puppy. He is to busy being Floyd's understudy/cheap remake....
In all reality there is no other fight for him and he will finish this deal with Showtime undefeated.....
Who would fair better against mayweather? (prime) Ali, Tyson, Holyfield.....
