Last night, I could not sleep because I am concerned about CHITLING LOAF AND SARDINE ETOUFFEE Since I love a good plate of Chitlings, Slaw, cornbread and hotsauce, it would be difficult for me to eat a helping of chitling loaf and sardine etouffee on the same day. I don't want to be caught examining the Chitling Loaf trying to figure out what is in it. I want to make sure if I am put on the spot and have to sample chitling loaf and sardine etouffee; and for some reason they taste terrible, I hope my action will not hurt our chance of being respected in the SWAC.
To ensure there is no health risk after consuming these dishes of chilting loaf and sardine etouffee, I am requesting that BgJag and D-Nice have security do a risk assessment of these two dishes.
