Marcus Smart shoves Texas Tech "Superfan"

What was the quote for the fan? I did not hear that part of the story. Was he using it in an offensive manner? I dont know what offensive to this rap generation. I am offended by it use in rap, but this generation I am not sure it can be offensive to them.

You didn't answer the question. Does the use of it in rap give any White person the right to use that word to maliciously degrade Blacks?

As I said, with this generation, I do not believe that was possible for it to be used in that manner. My view is that for this generation, its no different than saying "brother". I do not believe it ok to be malicious using word against someone of my generation, but of his generation, its different. The bottom line answer is no for my generation, but it cant be used that way for his generation.

So, just like a typical stereotypical white person, you believe that a whole group of people are defined by the music in which some of them listen. Brilliant...

So its only a slur against older black folks, not younger? What's the age cutoff? I know a few black senior citizens who use that word as much as younger folks.

Yes. Those people use it as a common word, it's part of their culture and it's how ther talk. They all defended Richie Incognito.
