Marc Morial OUT!!! What Does This Mean for the Bayou Classic

Wasn't former Mayor Marc Morial extremely supportive of the Bayou Classic? I wonder how the new mayor feels.

Ray Nagin seems to be a business minded man so I think he will continue the support. Also, he's a Tuskegee grad, so he knows the deal.

Sounds like another Mayor to 'pimp' the Classic, and get paid...To me.

From what I've read, Morial was very supportive of the Classic, and that's always been a good thing. But the City of New Orleans benefits reidiculously from the event also. And with the Tax-designations and price-gouging, somebody's making a killing off the Bayou. And I'm sure it ain't Southern and Grambling.....

But that's just my opinion...
