A guy and his wife was fishing next to me once and I caught an undersized drum. I threw it back and the guy says you should have kept it. I told him I do not keep undersized fish. Not 15 minutes later the game warden came by and asked to look in my cooler. I told him no problem...it was empty. Next asked for my license. I showed him. Then he went to the guy and his wife and asked for their licenses.....none. He wrote them up. When the game warden left I said do you see why I do not keep undersized fish?
