"The Tigers will play at South Alabama on Sept. 7, 2019, and receive $350,000, according to a copy of the contract obtained by The Clarion Ledger. The agreement was completed Wednesday.

The two programs have never played each other. South Alabama upset Mississippi State in Week 1 and plays Ole Miss and Southern Miss in 2017 and 2020/2021, respectively."

I take it nobody listens to TP down in Jackson. Like I said, all SWAC teams could use money from guarantee games.

Good payment from a Sunbelt conference team.

The games against USM and Southern Alabama make sense.... The TCU azzwhipping we signed up for does not

Wasn't alot after expenses were factored in...pretty much just a vacation so folks can say they went to Vegas! But the other games schedule after that makes sense financially IMO..
From I heard it was around $300,000 but yea I do think the likes of USA and USM are much more feasible.

Shit makes no sense... but oh well. I'm just TP. I understand the money part but the principle behind the whole thought process of college football today is wrong.

I hope we have fun taking that L....
