Sorry, I have plans on going to New York to scalp a few Pirates from the MEAC. If my plans fall through, I might drive down to the N.O. for the game.

The following are JSU vs SU scores from 58 until 98. Southern had a one game lead after the 98 season, 21 to 20. Southern won twice in 99 and JSU won in 2000 and 2001 making the series record 23 to 22.

2. JSU's record against Southern in Jackson is 12-11.

4. Southern has shut Jackson out ONE time (1960 score41-0).

5. JSU has shut Southern out SEVEN times.
