Come on man...this is GR you are talking to. GR takes recruiting for what it is. TGO does not give a damn about a recruiting list until the people on that list actually show up on campus. As far as GR is concerned, this couldnt be more meaningless in terms of what happens on the field until Sept 2nd.

But the fact is SU is NOT on this list. Thats should be a problem for a school that pays its coach 200K....a guy that cant recruit and it shows.

And furthermore...Mack Brown has a top 5 class so did USC. Will they show up and perform, that remains to be seen. If they have top classes with no results, then something has to be wrong somewhere else.

You talked about ASU and T Jackson....they on the list
You talked about Gram....they on the list

All GR is saying is, Pete should be on the list.
Now if he kicks ass in 2 or 3 years without being on the list, well he is just a bad ass coach then aint he. But if yall are suffering with poor talent like last year, well you will know who to blame.

And finally, GR thought Steve Wofford was one of the top 2 or 3 offensive players he has ever seen in the SWAC. GR has ALWAYS stated that. GR never EVER EVER has a problem with the truth. GR can not tell a lie.

No! I mean that man worked hard last year, and if i can recall you are the only one bringing his name up saying he didnt deserve it. This was about HBCU recruits and not J.C so therefore his name was brought up by you, so shall I ask you the same question? ARE YOU RELATED TO J.C?

Man...never that! One thing about me, I know football and I know recruits. If we manage to get our returning lettermen to make some serious contributions then we will be able to make some noise in the SWAC.
And I quote from the Advocate: "This team, like last season?s 4-5 train wreck, will lean on youth, and the quicker these kids get up to speed, the better.

Having such a large number is a byproduct of Southern recruiting more local players in the wake or Hurricane Katrina. The Jaguars normally load up on New Orleans kids, but none were signed in February."

So, in my opinion recruiting will help us with depth; but if we don't have a good # of quality experienced juco or Div I-A players we will be leaning on our returning lettermen.
 
If you look at JSU recruits and do your research, on paper, it is a pretty strong class. No system can accurately tell you the strength of any recruiting class. So quit throwing salt people.

I know the one they had got drafted...so who is replacing him?


The reason I'm asking this question is because I'm tired of them bama's beating us and preventing us from going to the Championship.

Why are you worrying about what they have. Focus on making yourself better so that you can beat whatever they throw your way. I guess that only teach that at Jackson State.
 
This isn't the smack board so I'll respond correctly.


I'm worried about that Bama school because that loss always comes back to haunt us when we make our Championship push.

We are already better than you (jsu)...so speak when spoken to.

I really believe we are a better team they have just had a wonderful QB that carved us up over the years. Now that he is gone I would like to know what we're up against.
 
Im sure thats a legit pick.

Newcomer of the year? A kid that probably hasint done anything since high school....couldnt even start at EW Michigan State.
