Jones is fired


So what is the problem if he does want to beat his in-state rival....:noidea::noidea:..GA Tech HC Paul Johnson said the same thing.....Johnson said his main priority was not a bowl game but ending the streak against UGA and he did.....So there is nothing wrong with trying to bring back the fire....I supported the new staff 100% but if and when you do wrong, just be prepared for the consequences:shame::shame:...End of story!

There's nothing wrong with that... but when you focus on your rival 365.. you will end up losing every other game on your schedule (alcorn)... AND ON TOP OF THAT... your "rival" aint thinkin about u.

Really I don't think he cared if "they" did or not! He was young and entergetic!! Bottom line..Follow the rules!
 
This has been in the makiing for over a month. I know for a fact Melvin Spears was at Alcorn during sTu's open week for a secret interview. Look for Fred to be OC and Melvin to be head coach .
 
Jones didn't get fired because he went 2-10 or lost to JSU. He wasn't removed because of the McNairs but it will come out. It will come out and everyone will understand. But I must admit, this wasn't handled properly, it was a big muck up.

Man we all know that is not true. That was a joke. Now had he stayed around for two more years and lost. Yes.
WE all waiting on the news of what really happened.

The CCC aint no fun when the teams aren't both winning.
