What adult would give a knife to two 14 year olds who end up killing a 16 year old girl?

Two 14-year-old girls are in custody after allegedly stabbing a 16-year-old to death Sunday night, and the victims friends say jealousy was the motive.


Jasmine Jackson died from stab wounds to the chest and two other teens suffered non-fatal wounds during a brawl at an Algiers block party.


According to one of the victims, an adult gave the teen that stabbed her the knife.

Residents say kids have block parties in the neighborhood all the time, where a hundred or more teenagers turn out to listen to a DJ and dance.


They say fights are not uncommon, but no one expected a stabbing, least of all Jackson's friends and family, who says she had so much going for her. In fact, they say it was jealousy that caused the suspects to end her life.


?Because they're jealous, I can't see no other reason they'd stab her and kill her,? said a friend of the victim.


Both suspects are facing second-degree murder charges. They will appear in front of a judge on Wednesday

these stupid incidents will cause us not to be able to have social security and medicare because all our children will be locked up off of the ignorance of their parents.

they wasted a child's life with a bright future in front of her and 4 what? probably some he say/she say.
 
How do you all think these kids should be punished? Do you think they should be tried as adults and locked up for life or put to death? Do you think they should be tried for the ages that they are locked up until 18 years olds.

Hell, yeah, they need to be charged as adults. They took a KNIFE, then KNOWINGLY and WILLINGLY stabbed that girl until she was DEAD.

Ain't none of that "I didn't plan to kill her" isht here. They knew with the first wound that death was a possibility. If they DIDN'T, then they need to be found guilty of being too stupid to be alive.

These kids get on my nerves playing the "baby" card when they get their arses in trouble. Dammit, if you gonna PLAY grown, your ass better be ready to PAY grown!

D-Town, I'd charge the adult as a principal party to the crime. A prinicpal is any person concerned in the commission of a crime, whether present or absent, and whether they directly commit the act constituting the offense, aid and abet in its commission, or directly or indirectly counsel or procure another to commit the crime. Therefore, the adult can be booked on second-degree murder charges, also.

I'm tired of hearing about our kids killing each other. From the East to the West coast, to the North to the South it's the same stories. I've had enough. Here in Pine Bluff and Little Rock this happens every weekend or every other week.Stupidity and dope is a dangerous combination. It's just got to stop.

Soror, this is sad. 16 year olds and 14 year olds.

This is some stuff I thought only Pilgrims did.
How are you this young and able to commit these types of horrible acts.
 



In this case, three lives will be thrown away...the deceased and the two criminals will rot in jail behind this...So they did this to themselves. Although I bet somebody can find a way to put the blame on someone else..

Teen girls accused of stabbing death plead 'not guilty'

Two 14-year-old girls accused of killing another girl were in juvenile court Friday to plead not guilty to their alleged roles in the stabbing death of 16-year-old Jasmine Jackson.


Jackson bled to death after she was stabbed in the chest in a fight that broke out after a party Sunday evening in Algiers.


According to investigators, after the girls began fighting an adult who was standing nearby gave 14-year-old Krishawna Miller a knife.


Police accuse Miller of fatally stabbing Jackson, and cutting two other girls. She is charged with one count of second-degree murder and two counts of aggravated battery.


Earlier this week, juvenile judge Anita Ganecheau found there was not probable cause to charge the second teen with murder.


Friday, the New Orleans district attorney filed a charge of misdemeanor manslaughter against 14-year-old Troynika Douglas; her defense attorney, Sonny Armond, objected.


?The judge has already found that no probably cause existed for murder, which includes manslaughter, as a lesser responsive verdict,? he said.?So if the judge found no probable cause, then the filing of the petition flies directly in the face of what the court has already found"


Some friends who witnessed the fight claim that Jackson was attacked out of jealousy. But according to Armond, his client didn't start the fight.


"I think we need to wait and see where all the facts come out and whether or not these two were defending themselves against seven, or you know, whether or not the other girls who were involved in the confrontation, who may have instigated, whether or not they should be held criminally liable. There are a lot issues that still need to be ferreted out," he said.


For now, both girls will remain in a juvenile detention center. The judge today set a $40,000 bond for the girl charged with misdemeanor manslaughter and a $120,000 bond for the teen charged with second- degree murder. A


The district attorneys office issued a statement Friday saying it intends to prosecute the two 14-year-old girls in juvenile court.
