Personally, I don't like when swac coaches or other visible positions don't buy into the school where they are hired. To me that's really disrespectful to your students. Deion has actually run a CLINIC on coaches, etc who may not come from the school where they are hired in terms of buying in to set or reset the culture.
You don't play the other team to BE them you play to BEAT them. Example: Houston Texans have tried to be the Pat's since hiring OBrien and STILL try it...thats why it don't work.
