Spears needs more time. I'll give him until next year. Oftentimes, these new coaches come in and just prefer to start over from scratch. Now, we had players from Collins' regime that we should have definitely kept. I'll give Spears another year and to let these young players mature. But no excuse, it doesn't matter if a player is a Freshmen, Sophomore, etc. If you earn a starting spot in camp, I expect you to win football games for me. No excuse.
