bluedog, I understand where you are coming from but from the beginning you blasted JSU NOT JSU and TxSo...So your comments did come off as "hate".
Thats because I don't think they're smart enough at TSU to come up with this con. :D

However... I am sure that the great people in the Swac office will looked into this matter and will handle it as THEY see fit.

We already have the blessing of the SWAC office so why is he all up in our business. He needs to be worrying why his team does not have a schedule. They should be fined for scheduling NAIA and club teams!!!

Blue, but whose really complaining about your scheduling? We joke and pick at your weak scheduling, but who really complain? We didnt say that you all need to penalized for scheduling (2) D2 teams. We didnt say that you all didnt deserve to be in the championship. Moreover, we just wanted you all to have a "competitive" schedule like most of the SWAC teams. Your team deserves it, your school deserves it, and most of all your fans deserves it.
Diversion won't work all of the above has nothing to do with mandate. Do we not have "ALL" SWAC schools on our schedule?

Damm. Now it's our fault the SWAC mandate blew up in the SWAC's FACE. Oh Lawd.

He!!, If Culb's that good, then I hope next year he keep's these three games, (Northwestern, Hampton, TnSt), and then find a way to get Nicholl's back in the mix ---- Who WE had to back out of playing this year because of this 9 game shat.

Don't hate us for taking advantage. If ya'll would quit sched. teams like Allen, Lincoln, TxMotorpool, etc, ya'll could have a good sched too. :(

MH, your hate has blinded you so bad that you can not stay off a topic dealing with JSU. I mean, here we are talking about JSU's schedule and you come with something dealing with Bell. We talk about a immature Ross leaving the team and here you come with something about Bell. MH, believe it or not but you are the "adversary". You never come with anything positive. Everytime you spew something about JSU, it is always negative. And it has gotten old real quick. Just do what the old folks told you when you was a youngun. "If you dont have anything good to say, just keep your mouth close".

So all your AD had to do was find two schools and.......

Tell us why you support the mandate. I think we need to get a understanding??
Podnuh stop hurting yourself by trying to use what little matter you have up there trying to divert your not even remotely close to being that smart.

We have played Prairie View to open the season for close to the last 20 years and Culberson tried to fit us in on Labor Day weekend?

Blue, have you all even discussed who you are really playing this year? I mean, you're over here complaining over our schedule, but you all are looking at Tx."College" and Allen. Is it true that you are mad because Hampton chosed to play us in Orlando after you all went looking at filling your schedule with club teams?

I am just trying to understand why a team that can't piece together a schedule has the nerve to talk about one that tries to take it to another level!! And it's only fair that you tell us what this is all about. Everyone else has stated why think the mandate is a bad idea....what is your reasoning??

Thats my point exactly and now Blacknbengal wants to do his best diverting from that hard fact. Which is the reason I didn't put TSU in it at first, but I knew somebody was going to cry foul.

Is it also true that ya'll had "pre-determined" that the clock would continue to run during the Allen game. People are talking about that in the links that were provided on "SU Sched on Hold thread".

Just admit these are nothing but "glorified open dates" and quit worring about our sched. Ya'll own fans are beating the war drums of dis-content. :nod2:

First of all kid, you aint in NO position to EVER tell me to keep my mouth closed!

Fact is, bluedog made a comment about Culberson beating the system and I pointed out some facts to indicate similar actions by him. See, that's how any objective discussion goes for normal folks.
If you take the truth as adversarial, then obviously, the problem is all yours!

now again, if you don't like my comments, then don't respond to them. Actually, I would prefer that.

now......

If the SWAC has established a mandate for schools to adhere to, it stands to logic that schools not following that mandate should be penalized in some fashion.

Now theres a new type of coward in town, one that won't admit that they're wrong and that they should be held accountable.

Blue, you're an intelligent man. I'm sure. Now, it was stated earlier that Culby pulled a fast one on the SWAC office. While the SWAC office was trying to stick it to the SWAC schools, Culby stuck it to the SWAC office in reverse. We already mentioned that earlier. If we are every going to be competitive against other D1AA schools or even lower tier D1 schools, we must schedule competitive games and schools. This has also been discussed awhile back. And I recall that you were in support of that. In fact, you were leading the troops into battle for that cause, but now it seems you flip flopped. Did you take that opening in the SWAC office?

Well obviously the SWAC office does not feel this way so why are you so concerned. The bottom line is that they just up and threw in a mandate in the middle of a contract. Had JSU made a 4 year contract with A&T, I guess you would say that we should be fined for that too even though the contract would have been established before the mandate.

He is not going to answer any questions...he is just going to spew foolishness.

Like I said MH, your hate causes you to spew all types of negativity. So much that you get caught in your own trap.

Now how does Culby beating the SWAC system can be compared to him hiring his friend? The SWAC "mandated" something and he got out of it plain and simple. MH, you need to read Proverbs 12:15 and meditate on that. Your hate is consuming. :)

Just as I know that your an intelligent man and I respect you and for that same reason you know that culberson is getting away with violated SWAC policy and not being held accountable for it.

Lets be honest here if certain schools were doing what culberson is doing there would be 1200 hit on a thread open up about it and you know that to be true. So all I'm saying again is that its a simple concept.......Right is right and wrong is wrong either Jackson state be fine or forfeit one conference game.

TP,
thats the bottom line.
You abide by the established rules or you get penalized.

If there was a mandate that no SWAC team could schedule an NAIA team, wouldn't you think that SU should be penalized for scheduling Allen, an NAIA team????

Well was the SWAC going to buy out TxSo's contract to the other school??? TxSo had to choose not to play a certain school because the SWAC did not take time to properly implement the mandate or they were gonna have to buy out of the contract. No wrong was done here. JSU just happened to be the benefactor. :D

They should but if they had them on mutliyear contract BEFORE the mandate, then no unless the conference was going to give them money to buy the contract out.

Ok Blue, whether Culby and Jackson State needs to be fined or not is up to the SWAC office. Well, since the SWAC office approved the Hampton game it doesnt look too good for the fine and penalty part, so now what? Do we sit in our Indian tribal circle and complain how the SWAC office is favoring Jackson State or do we say the heck with this "mandate" and schedule who we want since Jackson State did it? You tell me.....................
