Jackson pastor charged with forcible rape

The Clarion-Ledger. 5:51 p.m. CDT April 25, 2014

A metro area pastor is charged with forcible rape, WLBT reported.

Pastor LeNell McGee was arrested by the U.S. Marshals.

McGee reportedly was pastor of both Greater Livingston Missionary Baptist in Flora, Miss. and Greater Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist in Terry, Miss.

McGee is a former employee of the Jackson Public School District. He worked as a custodian at Forest Hill High School. Magee resigned from that position in March.

So why is the headline "Jackdon pastor" if he is in flora which is at least 10 miles outside of jackson down 49. Should read rankin county pastor. Terry is 18 miles from Jackson right on the hinds / copiah county border.

I don't know, but my guess is that he lives in Jackson.

Don't think the Pastor will be able to pray his way out of this one!
