I saw a sign the other day that said
"I started this life with nothing and I still have most of it left."
That one of the most profound statements I have ever heard. It kinda made me think about what I have learned in my 32 years of life:
1. Taco Bell food really only tastes good when you are drunk or its the only thing open at 4:00 am.
2. Momma was right, there is nothing open at 2:00 am but hotels and ho-houses.
3. If everybody loves you, then you don't love you.
4. If the only respect a person has for you is for your title or position, then you are probably not worth any respect.
5. Children are the source of a parent's greatest moments.
6. Children are the source of a parent's greatest pain.
7. Pay your bills.
8. On time.
9. Hell is the place you go to when you don't take responsibility for your own actions.
10. True love doesn't ask for anything because it takes everything.
