Is it me or have you been seeing more sisters in the gym lately

I have always seen nice sistas at the gym.

I recently changed gyms, and noticed that more sistas are there. It also seems like more chicks are into fitness on IG. I guess @mankofit @Followthelita and their crew are inspiring chicks.

I workout occasionally at Golds Gym and the majority of the people there are women. The spin classes are filled with women.

Hmmm, I go to LA fitness when my spirit wins over my flesh (lol). I don't know what it is like in the country, but in ATL, those AA women ( a whole lot of them) be working their behinds off......Those personal trainer and instructors don't be b.s.ing.....

She's alright Phreezey. But for me, I prefer the Central American continent that works out . Honduras anyone? Belize anyone? Columbia anyone?

As for sisters working out, those in my necks of texas didn't get that memo. Maybe it has to surface like Juneteenth did in order for them to get the word that they are free to workout and exercise their obese bodies. smh
