What are you trying to justify? PV beat both teams! Why don't you just give PV their credit? You had a full game and overtime to beat PV and could not do it. Stop being in denial.
Plus, you can get off of that down year junk. Southern has not had a winning season in 3 years. Guess what? It will not be any better in 2007. The 2007 season will make 4 non-winning seasons in a row and your administration does not have the ????? to approach Pete about retiring or firing.

Uh Dog 81........2005 and 2006 seasons do not make 3 losing seasons. If you forgot in 2004 we were in the SCG. 2007 season has not started yet. Also we don't have to approach Pete about nothing. His current contract expires at the end of Dec 07. We are sitting pretty. We can sit back and watch the 07 season knowing that whether we win or lose...........Pete is probably through. The good thing is that Pete has to be motivated to win this season or he knows the gravy train is surely over. Now that AJ got his raise and new contract, you better hope he don't pull a Pete and retire on yall while coaching. See you for the Pete got to put in a foot in folks arse tour before SU puts a foot in his arse.

LOL. You dang on well SU will not sign Pete to a new contract if he loses this year. Not to mention how pissed the Nation would be. You see how we did the basketball coach a few years ago. We don't play in BR. Pete loses in 07 and he will have plenty of help packing his isht the day after the BC. Rumor has it that he has already packed his office up now cause he knows how tough it is on the bluff and win or lose we ready to move on. But I aint saying nothing.:quiet::read:

Nothing much bruh. Just chilling waiting on the season to start. Even ole GR is back. LOL. Now as far as we are concerned, Pete pretty much has to win the SWAC or at least get to the SCG to even get a ONE year extention. I can see the University doing a year to year deal with him if he wins this year. We have alot of players back on a young team and contrary to popular belief there is some talent on the team. Talent enough to win the conference. This team reminds me of the team that Richard led in 03 after the 00,01, and 02 seasons fell by the wayside. But we ended up the 02 season on a BC win. So basically it is up to Pete and his staff to put up or pack up. LC Cole and others have their cell phones ready to dial SU's number the day after Classic if we have another losing season. Aint no way the University could justify signing Pete to another contract. If he was going to get an extention then he would have one by now. So that tells me he is on borrowed time.
