This ain't smack, either. Man, JSU is messing up my travel arrangements treating the Sags like this. I mean, now I gotta change my hotel reservations a dayum gin. I gotta talk to my parole officer to ensure that the weekend of 9/21 is ok for me to leave the state. It was hard as all get out getting him to ok mid-October. And I gotta try to claim the weekend on the calendar at my job.

They ain't got the good sense to keep the game in Baton Rogue (and I meant "Rogue") so they can pull the usual tricks like cutting break lines, shooting guns, and pull the clock shenannigans to have a chance. But I can't blame them, JSU made them do it.

  • Game # 2 ? Tenn. St._ talking about pimping, the promoter of Southern Classic has made a fortune off both you silly tigers. You would think Tenn. St. in Confederate Veterans Memorial would draw just as good as playing in Memphis, or JSU in Nashville would be a big draw. Anyway JSU on the road again, hopefully JSU can keep Tenn. St under fifty this year.
  • Game #3 ? NC A&T_ On the road again and who is pimping who? What little azz JSU have left A&T going run all over it. How did BIG TIME JSU get pimped into playing in N.C.?
  • Game #4 ? Mighty Jags_ On the road again, tired, and no azz left. You want people to believe JSU really want to play SU on this date. Not even Slim can help JSU this year. JSU will be 0-4 going into homecoming.
  • Game #5 _ Valley ?it going to be close like the fist half last year before the brawl. THE JUDGE WILL NEED AN ESCORT OUT OF JACKSON.
 
Come on Robber you believe that yourself. It is SU's call not JSU's. Alot of our own alumni have whined about the JSU game being at Mumford for years. I personally like playing in BR. I don't like games in Domes. Never did and never will. However with the ongoing expansion project for the stadium, you can bet on returning to Mumford in 2004. Unless this game is deemed at Classic and some city bids for it. Which could happen since JSU rolls off SU schedule in the rotation of East vs West. But we both know that neither school is going to pass up that pay day. What us Jag fans don't like is New Orleans trying to pimp us. See you clowns only have to go to New Orleans every once in awhile. Well just of late. So you don't mind being pimped. But SU has the BC and now we have this Big Easy Classic. So us SU fans hate going to NO 3 times let alone twice like we did in 2000.

So don't think it's because of something JSU done. You are in the decision making loop on this year's game. Actually it's costing you simpletons more money than if you came to BR and we get to keep the gate. It is not a Classic or special game. See we made sure we got a split in the gate for the Tulane game. That's what your AD thought he could try to ask for a split at the gate like this was a classic game. We don't get a cut at Memorial when we bring 35K and JSU sure aint going to a cut in the NO. So aint no pimping by JSU happening over in Jag Land. Like you said it's actually more of pain for JSU than us. You just made your schedule quite busy. At least we stay in La in September except for PB. Your team is going be so weary by October. The game ain't in Mudford. And it ain't on October 19, like SU planned. You accomodated JSU. NO amount of rationalizing will change this.

JSU didn't like the location. SU changed it.

I'm guessing after we get in that arse in the Dome, again, SU ain't gone wanna move the game no mo.

JACKSON ST., SOUTHERN RESCHEDULE: Jackson State has rescheduled its football game against Southern. The Southwestern Athletic Conference game was scheduled for Oct. 19 in New Orleans and moved to Sept. 21 because of a Superdome scheduling conflict

What they don't realize that this game was already supposed to be in New Orleans from the jump, but it was scheduled for October. But Tulane is playing that weekend as well, so the SWAC had no choice but to tell JSU either play SU at Mumford on October 19th or move the date because of the scheduling conflict. Those fools want to play in NO so bad they agreed to move the game to Sept 21, probably thinking to themselves whew!!! We almost had to go to Mumford. Now they can stop coming on here lying. They had to agree to reschedule or face us in Mumford. That's probably why they wanted some money for their troubles. LOL. Can they say on the road again. Always trying be like Daddy SU. Just cause we got AAMU to move their home game to the CCC and split the gate with them since it's a Classic. Don't try to do that ish to us. It's a regular home game for SU and you gets no love. Come Robber stop soin doctoring the article. The SWAC told you
that you had two choices. Keep the game on the 19th, but the game will be in BR. Or adjust your schedule and the game can be moved to accomodate the Superdome's schedule. SU had already agreed to it, because our schedule was not complete. We just added Nicholls St to September. So you figure it. You can't tell me Hughes is happy to playing a September like that. Come on, that like telling the Miami Hurricanescoach that he has to play 4 tough games on the road before they get a break. Hell no coach likes a schedule that. And yall better come on here trying to say you don't mind. You may not. But Hughes is on his knees praying. This is a make or break year for him. He knows it and you it.
