MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Lun Oburl clinched Alabama State University's 4-3 win over Dartmouth in men's tennis on Wednesday.

The doubles teams of David J Grandinot and Matteo Lataste and Obrul and Sam Bajracharya won at No. 1 and No. 3 doubles to give the Hornets a 1-0 lead going into singles play.

Grandinot, Alex Verlaguet and Obrul won at No. 1, No. 4 and No. 6 singles to finish off the match.

Alabama State returns to SWAC play at Alabama A&M on Saturday, March 23 at 1 p.m. in Huntsville, Ala.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State University men's tennis earned the its first ever ITA National Ranking entering the poll as the 75th ranked team in the country this week.

Alabama State defeated No. 70 Dartmouth 4-3 last week, which helped the Hornets move into the rankings.

The Hornets are 10-1 overall and 5-0 in the SWAC, seeking to win its third straight SWAC Regular Season Championship.
