:lecture: The SWAC EAST is now a dominating 3-8 vs. the West.... but, hey i'm guessin' it's still to early to eat your words.

Also, NO SWAC East Team has a winning record vs. Western Competition: ALS 2-2; A&M 1-2; JSU 0-1; ALC 0-1; MVS 0-2.

On today's menu, the dish of the day is crow... Would you like that fried, grilled or fillet.

Dang dude, do you have OCD? If you put as much concentration on your own team, maybe yall could get more than 200 people to show up for your biggest title game of the year against the best team in the East.:smh:

Based on that thread, what do I need to admit? It's not my fault that you took it upon yourself to take words out of context, but that's your prerogative.

I'm guessing at the time, his "opinion" made sense. :noidea: All this after Bama State's upset victory against us.

Based on his thinking, South Carolina will win the SEC Championship.

What am I taking out of context? For the record you said: "In one short year, it seems that the SWAC West has abdicated it's throne as the stronger division in the SWAC. For instance, Bama State defeated PV on the road. Bama State defeated PB. AAMU defeated SU. It seems that in 2010 the East is the stronger of the two."

The only thing taken out of context was you blowing up that ALST/PVU game instead of seeing it for what it was a good game between two decent teams.

Exactly, I guess the SEC power has shifted to the East too.

And discounting the fact that Babers was hobbled and KJ Black had missed lots of time (preparation and actual game time) due to a knee injury.

Thanks for posting my point. Look up the word "seems". That'll help you understand what I said versus what I didn't say. Carry on though.

Funny thing... you're the only person it SEEMED that way to. Rational people don't jump the gun and make blanket statements like that based on one game. Everybody knew APB and SOU were gonna have a rough go; a suprise win by ASU doesn't make the East SEEM better than the West, if you know anything about football. All that meant was PVU wasn't as good as most people thought.

 Man! We gave them that game.

If we had to do it all over, we win by 20+. Frazier is finally blaming himself for "starting" Black and not working him in during the game.

JSU posters have been saying that all summer.

Rational people don't make prognostications? What are preseason polls for in football, basketball and baseball? They're merely opinions, nothing more, nothing less.

Now how about making a thread on how good your team is rather than riding the coattails of the West, when your school is in the East?:smh:

Injuries are part of the game. Think I read that somewhere before.

Yes that is true... but that doesn't stop it from impacting the game. Yet still, even with the loss by PV which was influenced by these injuries, the Western Division record vs the East shows that heretofore the West is still the stronger division.

LOL....You also said this...

"Uhhh, bull dawg, as of now, the West is not stronger than the East. Bama State beat your second and third best team, in PV and PB. Alcorn beat Bama State and beat them handily.
As of now, the East is playing better ball.

JSU more than likely will run through the West, but like somebody said, we can't take any team for granted. "

If you can backpedal that quickly, the Texans need a corner to shore up a porous secondary.
