Folks get on twitter and they are instantly transformed into self-proclaimed poets, motivational speakers, cyber activists, CEOs, and transformative leaders. When in reality they're nothing of the sort.
 
But he's wrong....he's practicing those ways and still not avoiding criticism.....talk about your paradox!!

People this is black version of the "hipster". Please research the hipster concepts. Reminds so much of these idipts in DC. They young with a high entry position but don't know a damn thing. Hell, they usually come to us subordinates for help.
