#6 Michigan - 77
PV - 49
Final

Black coaches to end racism game played in DC where Juwon Howard showed mercy to the financially poor historically black school. Uof*could have bust the clock on PV, if desired. Oversized and outmatched as there was racism in this game w/ their 7'1" center who controlled that interior while not trying to be clumsy and fall over the smaller defenders. PV's scheme was to throw 12+ bodies at *ichigan and try to tire them out. That didn't work too well lol.

CBU 95
Valley 66

We are still in team searching mode. A PRCC transfer leads the team with 17 points and 5 boards so we got more big depth. Still need consistent AND efficient scoring from our starters.

Final-smh at those refs

Southern U 73
Tulane 70

Good win but S.U.needs to tighten up on defense down the stretch.
Just finished watching this game. The refs definitely gave Tulane some extra seconds on that last possession. Good job by Southern defender not to foul. Was fun hearing the crowd talk trash about #3 while he was out there ballin.

who is the woman on the bama state men's bench? she's not a coach...? data analyst?

tied at 66 with nccu with about 1 minute left.

We led at halftime for 4 of our 5 games against these opponents :
  1. Oregon - L
  2. St. Mary’s - L
  3. Washington - L
  4. Air Force - L
  5. NC State - 31-28 leading at half

The commentators are DRILLING the fact Texas Southern is playing 13 straight road games.

Jericole Hellems fouled out after getting a foul and then a technical.

They do this with TxSU and Valley every year because Valley and TxSU pretty much have done the road warrior OOC thing for over a decade. The difference is TxSU has hit on their past two coaches while Valley has had one that didn't get a fair shot (Potts), a complete failure (Payne) and a wait and see right now (Hunter). When you use your football and basketball teams as fundraisers because you can't raise money and won't schedule any cupcake games in the OOC like most SWAC teams to give a new team confidence, that's how you get 5 wins in 2+ seasons.

This team could easily be 5-0 and a potential top 25 but when it's close in the second half the refs hit that switch and it is down hill from there. We need to learn how to come out the half with our foot on their necks and not let the refs dictate the pace.

How is Hunter suppose to win of that roster keeps over turning? 11 new players? Before that Everyone was new? Panye in OOC play in his final 3 years had ONE game where the did not lost in double digits?

All that turnover says something is NOT right.
