Wow...Po jsu......but I thought, I thought you all lost your coach.
What's the early read on SWAC baseball this year - who are the top two or 3 teams in the conference?
Wow...Po jsu......but I thought, I thought you all lost your coach.
We promoted the assistant coach so there was continuity in the program. The coach carried several of the good players with him but recruiting seems to have gone well enough to replace them.
Looks like AAMU is using the old ASU player recruitment model, at least from the game that I watched. As long as Omar is coach we will stay in contention. Wouldn't be the first time we've dropped a series and still came out on top.

You can tell when folks ain't been there before. This joker's team wins ONE series for the first time against JSU in years, and now thinks the AAMU program is on the rise. How shortsighted can one get?But this could become permanent. I hope Omar can handle third place.
But you braggin on a Hispanic coach after three games?!! I remember yall doing that with your last coach who quit. LOL!!Our coach is Hispanic and we have some Hispanic players. But we have more black players and less white players than before.
4-12 and he's doing a "great" job?! Well, by AAMU standards, you're probably right.the new coach is a proud alum & has a passion for AAMU baseball..I'm glad he's getting a chance..so far he's doing a great job
Wow, what a surprise. SU still doesn’t have its full complement of scholarships.
It wasn’t SU’s fault.Nor did the rest of the SWAC when SU won most of their championships. How many championships have SU won since TSU and PV started offering their full allotment in 2005?
It wasn’t SU’s fault.
Exactly, SU’s former chancellor, Edward Jackson, cut our scholarships for no reason, following the 03 season. And he acts as if that’s the only factor involved.

The season has barely begun.
I watched some of the game, JSU was in it and played them real tight. Pitching had them off guard.Miami 4 JSU 3 final
