Tennessee State - $13,855

ACCUMULATIVE TOTAL REVENUES MINUS ACCUMULATIVE TOTAL EXPENSES MINUS ACCUMULATIVE TOTAL SCHOOL FUNDS FROM 2005 TO 2013:
Tennessee State - ($49,095,347)

If TnSt didn't use School Funds to subsidize its athletic program and they were in the SWAC, their athletic program would be ranked second or just below Alabama State as a program that required subsidies to stay afloat from 2005 to 2013.
