Dude, JSU had the athletes to compete in previous years. It was the 1-A system that Bell could not properly recruit for that caused his downfall. When Comegy accepted the JSU position, you took a back seat to us whether you like it or not. Jones is not that great of a coach.

..and it was a down year.

You forget the most important fact:

WE ARE JACKSON STATE UNIVERSITY??

Aside from the experimental years, we did not do below 0.500 and we won't for the next 20+ years.

Above 0.500 is not an option for JSU. Remember 7-4 is failure in Jackson.

Just telling you not to be so myopic. You seem to think AAMU has a chance in the football world simply because they had a winning season. My point to you is that if JSU could play Spelman and some 0-11 team in an other wise 5-6 season, we would have a winning season too. What makes you so much better when you ONLY got above 0.500 by playing two of the sorriest teams in the nation.

Also, I don't have to bring in other teams, we have enough AAMU azz whoppins under our belt. Difference is, we were beating you at your best....backdoor SCG teams. Also, beating AAMU is nothing to brag on anyway...it's expected. You have to beat your chest over beating 2-9 JSU teams and 4-5 SU teams. When you know that ANY 7+ win SU or JSU team would drag you.

Not a problem when you are Jackson and we pulled a AAMU and scheduled Paula Quinn....and then we have TxSo and PV. We are already halfway to 0.500 before puttin on our helmet.

I shole hope that AAMU has done something in the offseason becasue what you put on the field last year will not cut it if Alcorn, SU and JSU wake up. With a good GSU team, you would already have 4 losses. Lucky for you, TNState is also undergoing an experiment that should end in about two years.

Enjoy your time to shine because before long, you gonna think Hughes is back over there whoopin that azz. Even dumb Hughes outsmarted both Cooper and Jones. Imagine what Comegy is going to do with a name like JSU to recruit behind. JSU talent + Comegy = AAMU azzwhoopings

I would love nothing more than to play a 8-0 AAMU to show you how lowly you really are. But you dream of playing a winless JSU just so you could have a chance. Talk about smalltime. :smh:

You obviously did not read the press release. But you should be the last one bringing up Bell. He gave you your 3 prized wins over JSU and you are hoping that it has effects to give you at least one more win. If not for Bell, you would be trying to go back to the SIAC.

Not really...AGAIN...the experiment is over!! We are JSU and this is only the SWAC. We have been lacking in some aspect of coaching since 1999. JSU and coaching spells doom for your lowly school.
