wahines said:Props to the G-Men for making the SWAC look good. I saw Landers play aganist Hampton and he looked shaky. I will be suprised if Landers is the QB next week after the performance Larry Kerlegan put on aganist a D-1 Team. I hope he is the QB for the remainding of the year.

MikeBigg said:Landers has a hip pointer...he's a redshirt sophomore. Kerlegan was in the same signing class but was a prop...therefore he's a junior in classification. If he can make satisfactory progress in his classwork, he can get the "prop" year back (have it reclassified as a redshirt year). That would mean he has 3 years counting this one if he passes the needed courses.
Seems we have two good qb's... Landers played well in the two previous games and was near the top in qb statistics. BUT, Kerlegan is what I call "Lightning in a Bottle" !
