Go with Gold....they will eventually tax the hell out land so much so that you be forced to sell the land you THINK you own.....

Gold has always been and will continue to be the untimate form of currency in the WORLD

Depending on how much land, where the land is and the timing of when you sell the land, land could be a generational type of wealth.
