Fuel Prices

I was already on the fence for a couple of road games. The gas prices helped make up my mind.

No not really. Especially this year since most of our games are in close proximity. Well atleast the ones I plan on going to. But I did decide not to go to my high school game tonight for I can attend the game tomorrow in Hammond.

I don't have any hotel expenses when I go to Pine Bluff because we stay with my mother-in-law. The increase in gas is about a total of $60 more this year than last to ride in my Avalanche. We only make it to 4 games each year so it cost more, but not enough to call off the trips.

Prices are starting to go down in houston, though not much..

The fuel prices have changed my mind about attending some of the far away classics but if the game is not to far away I'll try to make it.

Nope. I have classes on Saturday so I was
only going to SU's homecoming anyway. ;)

I will be going to games provided I keep a hose pipe and tin can in my trunk. And also whether or not you'll will leave your gas tanks unlocked for me.

With gas prices being what they are and with me having Direct TV which provides ESPNU,ESPN2,CSTV,BET and others,I'll hold tight at the crib with the exception of homecoming,of course.

Gas isn't my problem, but logistics is. Living outside SWAC country, I normally fly to all the games anyway, but with the situation being what it is in New Orleans, I don't have free room, and board at my parents house when I go home to SU home game's, and now with the hotels being tight in Baton Rouge, it will be almost impossible for me to go to any home games this year.

If the road game wasn't in Jackson, or a good team wasn't an opponent in a Classic, I saved my airfare, and hotel money.

NICE

Heck, yes. I did not go to Chicago, nor did I go to Gram. The only football I have seen was my grandson on Friday.
