Freddie Mitchell


Well freddie Mitchell was drafted in the first round to be a #1 WR. He never lived up to the hype. Philly had him for 3 years and he had a chance to catch all the balls he wanted and still didn't do it. Maybe had he caught some balls the last two season, Philly would have already made it to the Super Bowl, and would have never gone after TO! He even had this season and only caught 22 passes all year. Why would McNabb look to him instead of TO?

TO....proven, pro bowl player.
Fred Ex......proven to be a bust!

Anybody knows when the first NFL roster cuts come? I know all teams have to pare their rosters down to a certain dollar amount before the draft...

What are the odds Freddie Mitchell's NFL career with the Eagles is over?
Besides, dat dude is straight gawwwwwwbidge. He hadn't done shat since he came from UCLA... I could see if he had some pro-bowl nods on his resume or something..but he ain't did a damned thing except get racial slurs thrown at him when he was wit his white girlfriend.. really that event was the most noteworthy thing he did in his NFL career and it didn't happen on the field...

Well all teams have to be under the cap by March 1, the Eagles are in pretty good shape as far as the cap goes, if they cut him it won't be cap related. But yes Freddie Mitchell is straight garbage.

Man, Steve Young, Michael Irvin, and the others dogged Freddie last night at the Pro Bowl. And rightfully so. He deserved it.

I will admit that Donovan had a bad game, but why is it when it's Peyton Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Kurt Warner, Rich Gannon, or any other quarterback the Patriot's beat in the playoff's/superbowl it's Belichik's defense, and his genius, but because it's McNabb, it's all Donovan's fault?

In this Patriot superbowl run, I've seen one quarterback have a great, to even good game against this defense, and that's been Jake Delhomme. Every other team that's played them, they've made their quarterback look the same way they made Donovan look, so why are the rules different now.

Also stroke, didn't McNair lose his only superbowl apperance? He played on a team with a good running game, helluva defense, good offensive line, and sound coaching. Remember that Titans team relied on Eddie George's running, and it's defense, and not Mc's arm, so what's the difference?

No knock on Mc, cuz he's my favorite qb in the league, but he didn't win his lone appearance either.

Almighty Peyton Manning couldn't do shat against the Pats..and his offense is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times better than Philly's...The Pats gambled by playing contain on Donavan - forcing him to throw more - and it almost backfired on them.
Ben Roethlisberger...whose offensive personnel as a whole is 1,000,000,000,000,000 times better than Philly...got raped by the Patriots
the Jake Delhomme game was a fluke, pure and simple..

Yeah, McNabb was rattled and didn't play his best. Shid which QB ever played the Pats and didn't play well...
