There was absolute chaos in FCS last week.

Of the eight teams on the bubble, just two won. Those two teams both lost to Southland schools this week (if the SLU/FAMU score holds).

Honestly not sure if another team was in FAMU’s place, it would have changed the result and I hope there’s other opportunities down the road for SWAC participation. With some of the changes around FCS, there could very well be.

With some of the traditional powers leaving, power will flip even more to Big Sky and Missouri Valley but they can’t generate enough teams to fill at large pool!
