It has a bug in it or something. Sometimes when I use the play back and rewind it a few measures it will play really weird:splat: . If I stop the play back, it will give an echo or something:splat: . Once I stopped it, it kept playing the same chord and I had to exit the program to stop it:splat: . Sometimes the doggone thing wont even play:splat: . I hate to see 2007.
 



Sorry yet another question,

I always have range problems with Baritone (TC)

I was told by a B-tone player and arranger that B above the staff was not a pratical range for them. That bothered me because I pulled out my old old school notes and my notes conflict with that statement. My notes says G below the (T.C.) staff and C above the (T.C.) staff. Anyone who arranges or play B-tone,...please confirm.
 
In my experiences, that range is a possible range, but generally not practical for an entire section, especially in younger, less experienceed musicians. I generally tend to top the Bariton TC parts at 1st ledger mine above the staff A. There are exceptions, but that's what I generally stick to.

C above the staff is the standard top of the chromatic scale that one plays as part of ones audition. I write there occasionally but sparingling. That is the top of the range of the tenor voice. If I want an alto voicing, I will normally put it in alto sax and/or French horn. But, every now and then I give the Btones something to shoot for.
