Now that these pollsters have lost their minds and ranked the Yellahwitnesses over Grambling, we have no choice but to run up the score against the rest of yall. We were gonna try and take it easy so that the league wouldn't look so weak. But now that yall done let them yellas move up the rankings, we got to beat yall worser than they did in the pass couple of weeks.

Po' Buffalo! You tried to be competitive and keep the game close against those overrated yellas but still you came up short. Now we gotta beat you by at least 21 points just to prove something.
We had planned to keep the ball on the ground with our young running backs to prepare for next year's title defense. But because of things being as they are, we're gonna let Bruce throw it to Tramon Douglas and Moses Harris and Calvin Colquitt and Tim Abney and Chris Day and Gershone Jesse and Corey Brownsfield and Adrian Sezar and Henry Tolbert and Ab Kauuan and some other guys on the bench waiting on their turn to be All-American.

Oh well, guess and ICON's gotta do what an ICON's gotta do!

Whaddup dude? I wasn't able to catch the game over the net, but folk are telling me that Ab Kauuan and Henry Tolbert was running the hell outta the ball. I even saw where the freshman transfer from University of Tenn (Reuben Mayes) had 1 carry for 31 yards. This dude is a fullback so his run was probably up the middle.

Don't tell anyone, but the rest of the schedule is in for some trouble now that the running game is being unleashed. I knew Kauuan looked good in spurts but once Doug gave him 14 carries he really showed his azz. His numbers would have really been impressive had he played the 4th qtr. I guess the other backs needed some reps too!

Are you going to Birmingham? I think I might go this year to see us get number 4. Wonder who we will be playing?

Just hope to get a 3-7 point win if you don't lose all together. we are gonna have to play one of our worst games of the year to let Gram beat us by 3 TD's.

The only thing that is being "run up" concerning Gram is your Chitlin eatin QB's waist size.

Has Doug made him change his major from CAFITERIA to something more worthwhile?:D :cool: I know this will be hard for him since this was the only class he had perfect attendance in. :D
 
Excuse me dude, no offense or anything but I hadn't noticed your post count. As a rule, I don't smack with crabs. You see until I have had a chance to get familiar with their posts, I can't tell if they are overly sensitive or something. Hell, for all I know you could be a female posting under your last name or something. Then again maybe you're an old school yella that came back under a different name. Is that what happen? Did you stay away so long that your logon id expired or you forgot your password?

Tell you what...there's a new Grambling poster named BayouBandit 03. Why don't you two send smack to each other and build up your post count? Or you can do like these two dudes named Beans (Muffins) and BlueDog (Yellas) and post a lot of newspaper articles until your post total gets above 100.

Yeah MB,

I saw us run for 200 yards. Didn't I tell you in the HOG if we gave our backs the ball 20 times we would get a minimium of 150 yards rushing. All of ours backs have good speed. Perfect for the formations we run out of. It's so sweet to see Big Bruce hand off. Gives him time to rest up that arm of his and sets up the play action. Like you said, I can't imagine if ours backs got to play the whole game. They don't want to see that. 300+ passing and 200+ rushing... Unstoppable.

As for Gramblingham, You know it... I've been the past three years and wouldn't miss the fourth for anything. I'll be there for the fifth, too.
