Now that all this has come up, it gives Shelly and her attorneys a loophole for her not to have to divorce Donald and only get half. Now she has gotten him declared incapacitated, sold the damn team and she has control of the estate. Ain't shit Donald can do now. If he thought they were in this together. She done pulled the rug from under his arse now. She can go get her a boytoy with the 2 Billion plus the rest of Donald's money once she commits him to some type of home for Alzheimer's patients. Just watch. Shelly is a snake. She done double crossed the Donald. LOL.

Now that I look at it, I think Shelly Sterling and NBA had already worked this deal when she first tried to sue V. Stiviano. The former CEO for Microsoft was already approved to buy the Sacramento Kings. Magic and his partners The Guggenheim Partners was a diversion to keep Donald Sterling busy thinking that they were the ones trying to buy the Clippers. Both the NBA and Shelly Sterling have gotten what they want, which is the NBA gets Steve Ballmer as a league owner and Shelly Sterling can keep Donald Sterling from paying his hoes with million dollar gifts. Donald Sterling might be rich when he dies, but I'm sure the recent events will send him to an early death since he won't have any control of his own money. Shelly Sterling just might hire her a few studs to keep her occupied since Donald Sterling has been declared mentally incapacitated. Does anyone have Shelly Sterling's cell phone number????

I'm sure the Sterling Trust was written to Donald specifications. He didn't fight being declared imcompetent. He and Shelly are in this together.

You never know. He didn't become rich by himself. Plus Cali is community property state and the worse state to get divorced in. So Donald didn't just get to do what he wanted with that Trust I bet. Shelly ain't stupid. I bet for their kids sake, they both had it written in if they are not in sound mind that someone in the family can take over. He didn't fight being incompetent because he is incompetent. LOL. Shelly just finally found a way to take over completely without having to settle for half in a divorce. He and Shelly were in being slum lords together no doubt. Don't think that woman has not harbored some ill will towards her husband for publicly embarrassing her with his hoes. She just didn't want to give up the money. She probably figured sooner or later he would fugg up or die and she would have it all. So she let him have his hoes as long as he was allowing her to spend whatever loot she wanted. When this last one started getting too big of gifts from Donald. That was the last straw. Shelly saw too much money flowing out the account. Since I believe both are racists, she probably hated that chick with a passion getting over on Donald. Then again, her and that chick could have been in together to pimp the old dude into some stupidity. Now Donald is going to have to get his attorney to get the courts to believe he is competent to gain access back to the trust. Shelly is laughing her arse off. She won. No doubt in my mind she has double crossed Donald.

Donald Sterling is not incompetent. Somebody is doing the thinking behind these moves and it's not Shelly. She is doing what she's told.
