"It doesn't matter whether the owners are related as is the case here. These are the rules to which all NBA owners agreed to as a condition of owning their team."

Shelly Sterling's attorney, Pierce O'Donnell, responded to the NBA's statement.

"We do not agree with the league's self-serving interpretation of its constitution, its application to Shelly Sterling or its validity under these unique circumstances," O'Donnell said. "We live in a nation of laws. California law and the United States Constitution trump any such interpretation."

I really wanted to see him fight it in court and lose a boat load of money. Somehow he needs to pay for his crimes. I'm pretty sure he destroyed a lot Black families, just because he could.

After watching the interview with Anderson Cooper, I think my first theory was right on point about Magic and his backers positioning themselves to buy the Clippers. They knew Sterling was a racist bigot and it didn't take much for them to expose him. I hope Sterling lose every dime along with the Blacks in Los Angeles that supported his racist ways just because he donated to their organizations and help them become slumlords.

LeBron James and other players won't play next season if Donald Sterling still is an NBA owner, according to Roger Mason Jr., vice president of the NBA Players Association.

Mason told "Jim Rome on Showtime" this week that the players are united in boycotting the league next season if Sterling isn't removed as Clippers owner. The NBA owners committee met for the third time this week to discuss ousting Sterling.


"If it's not handled by ... the start of next season, I don't see how we're playing basketball," Mason said. "I was just in the locker room with LeBron ... At the end of the day, you know we have leaders. We have player reps, we've got executive committee members ... Leaders of the teams, they're all saying the same thing, 'If this man is still in place, we ain't playing.'"

Rome went on to ask: "So your guy LeBron, you think he would not play if Sterling were still in there when the [next] season started?"

"I was just in the locker room three or four days ago. LeBron and I talked about it," Mason added. "He ain't playing if Sterling is still an owner."

When asked about how players would react if Sterling's wife is kept on as an owner, Mason said: "There's no place for that family in the NBA."

Magic and his billionaire partners are playing a mind game with him now. And you do realize Magic's billionaire partners are Jewish. Sterling should know by now he doesn't have the money or resources to fight this. Like Magic said to Anderson Cooper, "He's an 80 something years old man and he has lived a good life, therefore he should take the money and enjoy the rest of his life". But I think there might be a few lawsuits filed against him once the team is no longer his. I bet lawyers are lining up to see if they can find and open a few housing discrimination suits that never got litigated or settled in the previous housing discrimination lawsuit.

The most incoherent interview I've ever heard. Anyone can see that Maseratimet was Donald Sterling's pimp in the hood. If he ever become a big time rapper, I'm sure our kids would say he is a good businessman.

Also, this dude didn't realize that he had just incriminated himself by admitting that he secretly recorded Donald Sterling on the telephone.

He's just doing what other fools have done in the past. The only difference, the person who is paying him to hook them up with Black punany in the hood, is now being put on blast. This fool even said Donald Sterling preferred light-skin Black women, which tells me there are other Black women that were screwing Donald Sterling and they should have known he was racist. Like BH123 said in another thread, "Black women seem more calm and submissive with white male partners", even if they are just their bed warmer. This crap reminds me of the movie "Mandingo" with Ken Norton.

Yep. That was more entertaining than any playoff game last night. I poured a nice glass of riesling last night and just chilled on the couch. Laughing.

This just goes to show how many rich mofos like Sterling go into the hood to look for punany and he doesn't want his punany coming into contact with Magic. But in the released conversation with his "Ho", it sounded like he said he was okay with her sleeping with Magic, but didn't want her to take pictures with him. I knew then something didn't sound right in that fools head.

The racial aspects ain't surprising. The real thing that's going to hurt him is when he accidentally let slip that there exists groups that are Jewish run and only give interest free loans to their own kind.

Think about that. Think about the power of powerful financial individuals that come together and give interest free money to their own kind.

This is no surprise. You do realize that a German Jewish family (Rothschild) is responsible for the first international banking system in the 1700's, which is what today's world banking system is based on.

One of the funniest thing I ever heard was a Rothschild calling President Obama an elitist when he beat Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primaries.

Donald Sterling biggest problem is Magic's business partners, such as the Guggenheim Partners who are Jewish too that are way more wealthier than him. Like Magic said, "he lived a good life and he needs to take the money and enjoy the rest of his life". But I think once he is removed as the Clippers owner, there will be several lawsuits filed against him for housing discrimination. Donald Sterling owns hundreds of rental property in the Los Angeles area.

At the end of the day the Courts will not side with Sterling against the NBA because they are not going to piss off the other Republican owners who are Billionaires over his old racist arse. Even if they are themselves. They know he is fugging with their brand and their money. Not to mention the players are ready to say fugg it they ain't playing next fall. They will kill him themselves. I think Donald Sterling is trying to buy a little time for what he expects to come after the team is no longer his. I do believe this publicity has open up a few opportunities for more individuals to sue him for housing discrimination. I bet there are attorneys in Los Angeles doing research on all of his properties.

Exactly if you watched the Anderson Cooper interview with Magic, When Magic question who was advising him Anderson said there was no one there not even his own attorneys.
