Do you say your grace before your meals?

Yes.

Do you say it before partaking in the natural health supplement you utilize?

Yup. Its harder to get in when you're out eating with someone who doesn't say grace. Some people will continue to talk even if your head is bowed.

That's so cute!

Yes I do, just automatically. Hey do you guys say grace when the salad or apetitzer is served and then again when the entree comes? I know someone who does! :shh: I say the first grace and that covers it until dessert.

Only if its been a while in between and I have forgotten I've already said grace.

By most standards, "yes".

I don't know how the term was coined that way for praying over your food before consuming it (that would make for interesting research), but I started going a little further a few years ago.

The instances that we read about in the scriptures say that Jesus gave thanks for the food, blessed it, and then gave it out. So, I now stop to give thanks for the food and for the favor of God that allows me to have it. Then I command blessing over the food to be healthy, nutritious, and free from contaminates. Finally, I command blessing on those who prepared it - especially when I was not one of those persons.

Absolutely!

Some folks trip when I tell them how I "noticed" certain foreign objects in food or drink that I have prayed over.
I really do believe had I not prayed, it would have been consumed.
