I heard that the heads are used to make hogs head cheese.
I will eat or have eaten liver, beef tripe, hog maw, oxtails, pig feet, pig ears, chicken gizzards, chitlins, deer, frog legs, escargot, alligator, also squirrel, raccoon (c**n lol), and rabbit if I could find them. Hey, Panthro, how about putting a squirrel on ice and bringing it to one of the PV games, lol.
