...That if UAPB wins out, they'll have already won the SWAC on the field. It's kinda messed up that they could finish with the best record in the conference and lose in the SCG to a team they already beat.

The 9-game mandate is completely worthless, and we just might see its worst case scenario in a few weeks. Food for thought.

They could foolishly dismiss everyone with the exception of gram, jsu & su. Let them play each other until they get the two teams they want in the scg, otherwise they can do as you need to STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
JSU fans stop being cry babies. Just take your "L" and live with it. You lost the game. There are no if, ands or buts about it. Stop hatin on us. Stop trying to discredit what we did. We beat you and its over. End of story. Stop making excuses such as we cheated. You have so many excuses why we won and you lost. Your team should have won the game but they didn't. We won. If we do get to play you again..(in the SCG)...which I hope we do...we again beat you.

Uhhh, I don't think any Tigers were complaining in this thread............this is about the 9-game mandate.
 
TIGERS are not complaining at all. If there is one team we KNOW we can beat, it's UAPB.

We are not mad at all. We were so good that we lost a game that we did not need. We could have beat UAPB and STILL be in a must win situation against AAMU. So UAPB, have your little fun.

Don't take this wrong, but that is the silliest **** of all the silly **** you have ever said. Those folk just whupped your azz last week. Your team blew a double digit halftime lead to a running team. You were outcoached and outplayed...give those folk their due!

Hmmmmmm lets see, the NBA play teams several time before they meet them in the finals and can literally beat them four times and have a better record but the NBA doesn't crown them champions until they beat that team in the finals. :idea:


The NFL can play a team at least twice and beat them but aren't crown the NFL champs until they win the Superbowl.

Maybe they should d away with the NBA Finals & the Superbowl.

The obvious difference in most college football conferences versus the above pro leagues is, everybody plays everybody the same number of times. In the NBA, you don't play outter conference teams as often as in conference or divisional. In the NFL, you only play 16 games, with 6 being against the 3 teams in your own division. So, you only play 13 of the 32 teams in the league. Even with every other conference with a championship game, none play everybody. They all use some sort of rotation schedule. It doesn't guarantee a rematch won't occur, but at least it's possible.

When you play everybody, ain't no need to do it again. At least be smart enough to leave open the possibility that the participants couldn't have played each other.
