There are very few teams that the Wolves could trade KG to. Miami doesn't have the assets (other than maybe draft picks) that it would take to trade for KG. With PHX having 2 first round draft picks next year, and maybe not wanting to re-sign S Marion, they would be a prime candidate to acquire KG.
As far as the Lakers go, there are only a few big name free agents out there this off-season (C Billups, R Lewis to name a few). The pickins will be slim. And Miami is a more attractive destination than LA.
Not saying KG as a definite........................Just an example of the caliber of player I'm talking about.
I'll bet if they could make it happen, K.G. would
gladly take a pay cut to go to a Miami, Chicago, or Cleveland right about now.
He got all the cash he needs without a championship.
At this point..................$100,000,000 or $80,000,000...........Ain't no big difference to him right now.
But again...............KG is just an example I'm using.
I'm laughing at all this SHAQ being washed up talk when his performance was there for all to see is just clowning.
I'm saying that in
3 years the LAKERS has not been able to pull in any
TOP PLAYERS and
MONEY/SALARY CAP ain't an issue cause it never has been.
The LAKERS has alway's paid top salaries and alway's figured out a way to get guy's that wanted to come there.
AND THAT'S THE PROBLEM.......................3 YEARS...................NOBODY WANT'S TO COME outside of
TOP 2nd TEIR PLAYERS.
2nd Teir players that used to come off the bench for the Lakers.
Miami will sign player because they
WANT TO COME THERE and
PLAY WITH D. WADE and SHAQ.
Who saying they want to come to LA and be part of the
KOBE 1st--WIN 2nd experience.
