No sir Kendrick, this was not the wisest idea. Not even remotely close. I get that you are attempting to go against the grain with your focus on the negative side of the arrival of Coach Prime. (I don't necessarily agree with it, but it's what media members are taught in the name of exposing the truth!) However, there are some basics tenets to follow before venturing down that path --and one key principle is building relationships.

With that said, this entire Covid situation is full of uncertainty, unexplained testing procedures, inaccurate test results, head-scratching policies and reverse logic, but more importantly, a misrepresented philosophy that normal symptoms and conditions associated with the common cold and flu have all but disappeared and have been replaced by Covid.

To that end, there were countless angles you could have explored with this article especially given the earlier stances by our own government with the --patchwork job at best--they did with misinformation of health stats, guidance on masks and what type, as well as accuracy of testing procedures.

This post alone has proven that... f it. Yall already got The Clown Show up and running all on you own. Since the mods decided to not do anything to anyone for years of obvious trolling and ruining posts (and running people away from the board for inaction) despite their own rules being a sticky then all of this falls on them.

In my opinion this article is "Tabloidesque opinion piece" that reads of a deadline being met. Kendrick is a porfessional journalist for whom I would expect more/better from. Some on this site I've always questioned their intelect and whether they ever attended any institution of higher learning (this includes some who reps JSU as well...lol) but My expectations are always high from those who call MY JSU their Alma Mater. I try to call it right down the middle without sounding like a homer. I would say the same if this article was on any other coach in the SWAC! My 2 cents....

Naw @Journalist . Don't do that bro! You know exactly what that is. This is NOT about supporting non-mask wearing lunatics feeling as though their right have been trampled on. This is about a supposed Jacksonian who seems to have a tendency to write slanted articles about the very institution they attended. This is part of the reason he was no longer in the Den.

What you are witnessing is similar to a big family gathering celebrating an accomplishment, and the distant cousin who seems to always bash the family in public to other non-family members has just showed up to the party with some questionable intentions. You should already know by now the looks they are getting at the moment.

I'm not a hoaxer bro. I've had several family members that have tested positive and suffered from serious complications.

However, I don't believe everything I'm told, especially these testing protocols where one day you are positive and the next day you are negative. No one is talking about the common cold anymore or symptoms. Everything is ALL Covid!

Show me a reliable test, as well as true testing protocols and then we can move forward.

You do realize that the virus can be in your body for a few days before its detectable, right? That's why contact tracing was recommended.

And yes, when a virus is killing folks and changing people's lives but also has symptoms consistent with the common cold, THE COMMON COLD takes a backseat to the conversation. But people ARE testing negative with symptoms...which means the common cold/flu/etc still exist.

I swear I question if some of ya'll learned how to read and comprehend in college
 
So with all the back and forth I’m assuming everyone here wears masks 24/7 and gets tested multiple times daily. I’m quite sure no one can say they haven’t been around anyone at any point without a mask. Not saying it’s right or wrong. I just see some people choosing sides for no unnecessary reason as if we are kids on a play ground smh

Show me an accurate testing protocol that is 75% reliable. There are several companies that are out there administering tests and each one of them has a different testing method. Read up on it sometimes. I invest in some of them. And at the end of the day, each one of those companies have admitted that their testing method may not be reliable. Go figure!

Use critical thinking for once before you start attacking people because they question what they see and don't believe everything they are told by the masses!
