IMHO, the FCS pay scale for playing FBS is skewed. Since FCS teams has 75% of a FBS roster, I would say handle your due diligence, based on previous payouts and ask for the 75% their normal payout to G5 programs. If the band is requested, they need to match the maximum G5 payout. All FBS teams are not created equal and the payouts will vary with Power 5 having the capacity to pay more than G-5.
