They can fire him as BD but not as the head of the music department. If fired as BD he could make life a living hell for the new BD. Plus I hear he already has plans to leave in a couple years... So he is kinda doing what he wants to do because he knows he really can't be touched. I refuse to upset my self and stress over topics like these anymore from now on, Ive done all i could and said all i could, And I realized. Like I always say "Its not what you have done, how much history you have, where you been" Its What You Are Doing NOW so... Its time to move on and keep it going. But as far as Grambling's Band, right now it is going through a phase. But I can assure you, The bandmembers only follow who runs the band, as of saying that whoever runs the band which are the Directors, no matter what is said, no matter what is done by and for the STudents, if it is always a HBD or Asst BD there in a program. The students give you what they are told.
