Mississippi State never tried this kinda crap with JSU or Alcorn so it's not an SEC thing....it's just Auburn being Dicks.

You will only have 12 minutes the entire game to play because if Auburns band is not playing between plays, they are going to blast commercials on that Jumbotron so loud, ya'll will be drowned out.

Damn, I don't think that has ever happened to SU when playing these FBS schools. Hell, they are usually trying to give up time for the Jukebox. LOL.

Didn't make this years game but I have never seen restriction put on a visiting college like that before. And they sent it in writing so you know those ref's are going to fast on the flag trigger ig A@M even look like they gonna play something. :lol:
 
Those are the rules for any visiting band to play at Jordan Hare... I guess since we are a black school we are "victims" now. No, that is how all bands perform there.

You would be escorted out. The game day atmosphere at Auburn is different than at other FBS schools. Pre game becomes electrifying when the Eagle flies from the top of the stadium and lands on the 50 yard line. People are not there to see the band. They're there to see the game.

When someone is giving your school 500K, you do what they say. Especially when your black alumni want give you 500 pennies. :lol:

Yeah, when they are winning. It won't be 10k folks at that game. The fans have already bailed on that sorry azz team.
 
I think once the game starts they will let AAMU play songs especially if the Auburn crowd begs them to play some tunes...

I bet LSU band will come in there blasting 'Neck' and wouldn't give a muck what them Auburn folks had to say.
 
I have no idea how things are gonna turn out lol..I just know its an historic event with 500k on the line so anything is possible lol

Dude! You know nothing about football in the state of AL. There will be at least 50k at the game.
 
I witnessed Auburn's band at Ole Piss this year. I see why they have those rules in place, because their band wants to play all the damn time. There would be a time when Ole Piss' band would be playing, and Auburn's band would start out of nowhere...any given time...during commercials, too. All of this was at Ole Piss.
 
I don't understand what the fuss is about. JSU band violated every SWAC rule in existance at the JSU/AAMU Game. If you were at the game you know what they did. At basketball games the band try to drown out the coaches. Our bands do not follow the rules. Most bands think they are the feature attraction on game day. GR almost got it right when he talked about bands. On Saturday, at the JSU game the band was asked to stop playing for the flyover. It was like they did not know there was going to be a flyover.
