Dallas Mavericks will never win a NBA championship

I guess the Suns have gone through the motions 55 times, and all that offense did not help them get a No. 2 seed in the West. Talk about not having a killer instinct, they beat the team with the best record in the NBA twice in two straight meetings. If Dallas was not playing out of their minds the Suns would be the favorite to come out of the West.

The season series is tied at 2-2. Dallas won the first 2 and the Suns won the remaining two. Throw both wins out the door because the playoffs is a totally different season. There is no way either team will score 126 points on each other in the playoffs.

The best thing is America wants to see a Mavericks/Suns Western conference finals. It is going to be tough because the Suns will have to go through San Antonio to get to the finals.

Dallas (AP) ? The Dallas Mavericks signed 44-year-old center Kevin Willis to a 10-day contract Monday, making him the oldest active player in the NBA.

Willis has played 20 seasons with seven teams, most recently Atlanta for 29 games in 2004-05. He didn't play last season. He first joined the Hawks in 1984 and spent more than 10 seasons with the team.

Willis aint been a halfway decent player since the 80s

Hey MH........... Wasn't Willis your teamate when you used to play in the NBA? LOL. Maybe the Mavs will sign you next.:D

I think Dallas will not have it easy this year, the Suns pushed them to 7 games w/o #1 Mr. Amare, he is the difference maker for the Suns this year. Suns plays Mavs in West Conference Finals and Suns win in 7 games.

#1, the Mavs didn't have it easy last year. #2, didn't the Mavs beat the Suns in 6 last year? #3, the Suns must get past San Antonio.

yup we were teammates.

Actually, a couple of teams (I won't name them) have put in a few calls to me, but I had to tell them no. I'm not up to rehabbing the ole knees.

Your statement is false and thats why they signed Kevin Willis today to a 10-day contract. If Dallas center play don't step up Dallas is in big trouble come playoff time.

I think that one of the Mavs 7'0 centers is out for the season, so Avery is getting some backup should one of the remaining two get hurt. The center that got hurt really didn't get any playing time anyway.

Yep, and whoever wins or loses that series between the Spurs or the Suns.....will be beat down by the time they get to us. Suns will fold eventually...just like last year....they'll get tired and worn down. Nash wit his punk ass and all that dipsy doo passin' and shat ain't gon' cut it come crunch time.

Yeah...DJ Mbenga(#28) is out.
