2. So you think the NFL is wrong for punishing athletes for using the N-word?
 



This fine stems from the league wanting to crack down on offensive language following the whole Riley Cooper incident last year.

Hell yeah and then it was a white ref who throw the flag Lol..what kind of shat is that...they made the word and now you wanna punish a black man for using it....and the fact is did he really use it to cause harm...how is that even possible to cause hard or unsporting as it states in the rule book...
 
This is good. We can't have non blacks calling real black the N Word ...it's offensive.

Now Cee, that word been used in preseason and in practice, and this I know wasn't the 1st time that it was being used..

Like it was stated in the Clip,

CK is a new-breed of a QB, dude has tats and has a don't give a shat attitude with the media (which I like about dude) he isn't the charm Peyton or the one they trying to shape up now in INDY, that cracka...they tryin to make the next white hope...

Now they didn't bring up anything about Wes Welker drug situation, I watched that whole game on Sunday and I didn't hear they mentioned not one time about his situation, but let that would have been one of us...smh...Crackas go Crac I tell you...

Manziel was fined $12,000 for making an obscene gesture during a preseason game against Washington.

Before the season, the NFL visited each team to tell them they couldn't use the n word. They sent reps to actually meet with the players.

All players aren't mic'd.

And the league didn't disclosely publicly what Lee said to draw the penalty.
 
Stephen A. has a point. Take the mics off. I am not a proponent of using the word and in instances where I get angry it has been known to manifest itself in my verbalizing displeasure. But with all that goes on on the field and the context in which the word may or may not have been used between two black guys.....I don't know.

In my day, calling a black person the 'N' word got you into a fight.....no matter who used it.
