Coach Frazier Will Leave Prairie View for Howard University


If so...I hope he goes because he has done as much as he could within the means of the budget.......that's just the alum in me saying it's time a coach leaves the program for upward mobility.

One thing Frazier can do is hire DC's.......his first D.C., James Jones is the linebackers coach at Kansas State and the one he has now, Heish Northern has fielded one of the better defenses in the SWAC. Prior to them, he had Steve Wilson as a DC who's at TSU and John Morgan who was at Fort Valley State.

And as quiet as kept, Frazier's 1st OC is now coaching quarterbacks at San Jose State.

Well..... lol I won't say the he's the TOP and ONLY candidate. lol

It's just rumor mill @ this point. I've seen nothing from the east coast to prove otherwise. :)

He's done in 2 yrs what the previous 4 combined couldn't do. lol So, maybe his job here @ this point is done.
 
Dang, well at least it's an upward move! :emlaugh:PV was starting to win more games under Frazier. I hope PV can find a good replacement.

According to what MEAC posters say about Howards support for atheletics on the MEAC page, it won't be much better budget wise. :no:

For academics, yes, they got it. :) For athletics... well :shame:... Also, fan support is not as great as it could and SHOULD be, from what I gather.

Hell. Howard Universtiy is not that much better from what I heard from people in D.C. He might as well stay at PVU.

Howard football hasn't been good the last three years. Maybe with Frazier the program will change.
 
Well as one professor put it to me....when you stand on the campus the school can build until you see trees. Now looking in one direction thats a LONG way. I don't know what the official word on that would be.
 
Has Howard really even contacted Frazier? Or are we just putting the cart before the horse......

He may not even be on their radar...........
 



I heard they wanted STEVE WILSON back!!!!! Would it be a violation for me to pay his airfair? One way of course!! :nod:
